Federal Judge Overturns Strip Ban

A federal judge in Texas has ruled that the "Strip Ban" put in place by Victoria Salinas is "excessive" and a first amendment violation due to the clause stating that even MENTIONING stripping toward someone would result in punishments. The federal judge stated that this creates a "hostile work environment creating potential for labor law violations". There are no plans to appeal.

"Attempting to appeal this, unfortunately, will prove frivolous..." an anonymous source said. "...the district court won't touch this on an appeal and even if they did and it went all the way to the Supreme Court somehow, the Supreme Court would not only touch this, but with the current make up of that court... you get the idea."

According to court documents, the lawsuit to overturn the strip ban citing first amendment violations was filed by Nicole Peyton Turner.
